When you submit the estimate request form we collect the name, phone number, and — if you choose to provide them — email address, city, type of work, and the project details you write in the message field. We do not ask for payment data, government IDs, or any sensitive personal information on this site.

Why we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to contact you about your request, schedule an on-site estimate, and provide a bid. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who can see it

Requests are stored in our website's hosted database and are accessible to Foxhound Construction staff working on estimates. Our hosting and database providers process the data on our behalf under their own security terms. We may share information when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep request details as long as needed to serve you and to keep records of work performed. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted. Email info@foxhoundbuild.com or call 310-879-1859. Submitting the form is voluntary — you can always just call us instead.
